- Property owners may supervise the jobs if they desire.
- Owners may choose the worker they want, if that person is available.
The Cost:
Your cost for general unit prep / painting / handymen range from $15.20 to $24.20 an hour based on skill level. Carpenters, heating techs, plumbing maintenance and lead certified workers are available for $22.10 to $38.54 per hour. If we provide any materials they are billed to you at cost.

Our Guarantee:
Take a worker. If you are not happy with the person, call us within the first hour to cancel and you will not be billed for that hour. Workers that do not perform repeatedly are terminated.
